Michael Quinton, the founder and owner of Aspect was for many years involved in the management & deployment of security & stewarding personnel at events throughout the UK. His portfolio includes: Live 8, Robbie Williams 2005 tour, V-Festival, English Heritage, Download, Titchfield Carnival, Royal Ascot and T in the Park.

Working with the client Mr Quinton assisted in the strategic deployment of staff and the implementation of crowd management plans, together with the monitoring of Health & Safety and staff welfare.
